Limited Two-Year Warranty
Your Bart Forbes Chrono PRO Tour I is covered by a limited warranty for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures your timepiece is free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of shipment.To activate warranty coverage, please retain proof of purchase and your order confirmation.

What’s Covered
During the 24-month warranty period, if your timepiece shows any material or manufacturing defect under normal use, we will:

  • Repair the watch free of charge, or

  • If repair is not possible, replace the watch with an identical or comparable model.

The replacement watch will carry the remaining warranty period of the original timepiece.

Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches to the crystal, strap wear, or patina on case or bezel)

  • Leather strap aging or cosmetic changes over time

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, mishandling, or improper use

  • Water damage caused by incorrect handling, including operating the crown or pushers underwater

  • Battery lifespan or replacement

  • Any unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties not approved by our service team

Service & Support
If your watch requires attention or service under warranty, please contact our customer support team at hello@bartforbeschrono.com. We will guide you through the repair or return process.
All repairs and inspections must be completed by an authorized service center to maintain warranty validity.

Water Resistance Notice
The Bart Forbes Chrono PRO Tour I is water-resistant up to 200 meters (660 feet) under laboratory conditions. Actual water resistance can be affected by impacts, gasket aging, or crown misuse.

To maintain water resistance:

  • Avoid activating the crown or pushers underwater

  • Ensure the crown is pushed/screwed back in securely after use

  • Rinse your watch with fresh water after exposure to saltwater

  • Have your watch’s water resistance checked annually

Your Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights and does not affect any other rights you may have under the laws of your country. It is separate from any warranty provided by the seller or retailer.
